About Mayor Valley

James Valley is a graduate of Central High School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He is married to Elizabeth Renee James Valley and they have five children – Rachel, Jonathan, Allyson, Lauren and Amaya. They attend the First Baptist Church of West Helena under the leadership of Rev. Nathaniel Hull, ThD.
